Next workshop

Workshops are held in Honeydew every second Sunday and cost R750 pp.

Things to bear in mind:
It is a full-day workshop.
Wear comfortable clothing.
The workshop is of a practical nature. You will work, you will sweat and you will be tired, and probably sore, at the end of the day.
Bring a water bottle along and feel free to bring a lunch pack.
You will be required to sign an indemnity waiver before participating in the workshop.

A bit about the trainer:
Greg received his black belt in Funakoshi karate in 1991.
After his national service, he joined the SAPS.
He spent a year in the State President Unit, safeguarding Pres. F.W. De Klerk. He then spent a further 5 years in the National Protection Service as a bodyguard to other government and foreign VIPs. He ended off his tenure in the SAPS as an instructor teaching Tactical Survival, Crowd Control and Marksmanship to SAPS trainees.
